Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes the activities and content that are not permitted on the SynapBridge platform ("SynapBridge", the "Service"), operated by Elevayt Ventures LLC, an Illinois limited liability company with a business address at 980 N Michigan Ave Ste 1090 #845294, Chicago, IL 60611. This AUP supplements the Terms of Service. By using the Service, you agree not to engage in any of the activities described below.

Note. This page reflects the operating practices SynapBridge follows today. Enterprise customers who require a counter-signed Master Services Agreement or a bespoke Data Processing Addendum for procurement or audit review can email legal@synapbridge.com.

1. Illegal or harmful use

  • Violate any law, regulation, or third-party right
  • Generate, distribute, or facilitate child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
  • Create content that incites violence, terrorism, or hate against protected groups
  • Engage in fraud, identity theft, or deceptive practices

2. Security and integrity

  • Probe, scan, or test for vulnerabilities without our written permission
  • Bypass authentication, rate limits, or technical controls
  • Introduce malware, viruses, or other malicious code
  • Use the Service to attack other systems

3. Data misuse

  • Submit personal data without a legal basis to process it
  • Submit health, financial, biometric, or other sensitive data without a separate written agreement (a Business Associate Agreement or similar)
  • Use the Service to scrape or harvest data from third parties without authorization

4. Resale and abuse

  • Resell, white-label, or sub-license the Service without a written agreement
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code, weights, or proprietary algorithms
  • Use the Service to train competing models or build a derivative product
  • Create multiple accounts to abuse free tiers or trials

5. AI-specific restrictions

  • Use AI outputs to make consequential decisions about people (employment, credit, healthcare, housing, criminal justice) without human review
  • Generate content that impersonates real people for deception
  • Generate election disinformation or non-consensual intimate imagery
  • Generate content designed to manipulate or deceive at scale

6. Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this AUP, with or without notice depending on severity. Material violations may be reported to law enforcement. We may also remove offending content and preserve evidence.
