Memory
Your context should not belong to one AI vendor.
SynapBridge keeps facts, preferences and project context in your workspace, so they follow people across the models they use. Import what other assistants already learned, review it, and keep it under your control.

How it works
Context that lives in your workspace, not in one vendor's app.
Facts, preferences and project context are kept as reviewable records. People use them across the models they connect, and admins can see and control them.
01
Keep
Each fact carries a type, a source, a confidence score and a scope. Browse them as a list, a graph or a timeline.
02
Move
Import facts from a ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini export. Perplexity is supported on a best-effort basis. Nothing lands until you review and approve the preview, and an import can be undone.
03
Control
Memory is isolated per tenant and every write is audited. Facts can be held in quarantine until someone reviews them.

Import with a preview
Bring what other assistants already learned, then review it.
The preview lists candidate facts and where they came from. You approve what to keep. The import is parsed and scored inside your tenant, not sent to a shared or external index.
- Supported sources only, listed in the product
- Approve before anything is saved to workspace memory
- Undo an import if it was not what you wanted

Why it matters
Switching models should not mean starting over.
| Memory inside one assistant | Memory in your SynapBridge workspace | |
|---|---|---|
| Where it lives | Usually tied to that one assistant | In your workspace, as records you can search and review |
| Switching models | Context often stays behind | Available across the models you connect through SynapBridge |
| Admin view | Often limited to the individual | Isolated per tenant, with every write audited |
| Leaving | Depends on the vendor's export | Facts are records you can review and manage |
The left column describes common patterns and varies by product. Check the current behavior of any assistant you use.
Questions
Memory, answered directly.
Can memory cross from one customer to another?
No. Memory is isolated per tenant and row-level controls apply to every read and write.
Which assistants can I import from?
ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini exports. Perplexity is best effort. Other sources are not supported today.
Does an import go to a third party?
No. The import is parsed and scored inside your tenant and is not sent to a shared or external index.
Can I undo an import?
Yes. Imports are previewed first and can be undone.
Do the same policies apply when memory is used?
Requests made through SynapBridge are checked against your active policies, including requests that carry memory as context.
Keep your context when you switch models.
