This guide lists what you can connect to SynapBridge today, how mature each connection is, and what is not available. Maturity labels follow the product: a connection with a "Beta" badge is still being hardened, and one with a "Coming soon" badge cannot be used yet.
Who this is for
Workspace owners and admins deciding which tools to connect, and the security or IT staff who will set them up.
Before you start
- Slack installation is limited to owners and admins. Several other connections are managed by owners or admins; the page for each connection shows what your role can do.
- Open Integrations in the app to see the directory. Tiles can be filtered by Automation, Communication, Storage, Databases, DevOps, AI, and Custom (MCP). Each tile carries a Beta or Coming soon badge when that applies. A tile with no badge has no maturity label in the catalog.
- Plan: this guide states a plan only where the product's plan list states it. Check Pricing or your billing page for your own plan.
- Some environments do not have every connection turned on. If a page says a connection is not available for your workspace, contact SynapBridge support.

Communication
Slack (Beta)
- Open Integrations and choose Slack, or open the Slack page directly.
- As an owner or admin, start the install. It uses the standard Slack OAuth install.
- Invite the SynapBridge app to the channels you want imported.
SynapBridge imports messages from the channels the app is invited to. The catalog entry describes message import only. The Slack page lists the messages that were imported.
The plan list shows "Slack and Teams integration" among the Team plan features.
Microsoft Teams (Beta)
Connect Teams from the Integrations page to import meeting transcripts. A Microsoft tenant administrator may need to grant consent before the connection completes. The Teams page lists transcripts that were ingested for your workspace.
Zoom (Beta)
Connect your Zoom account to import cloud-recording transcripts. The Zoom page lists transcripts that were ingested.
Outlook and Gmail
Connect a mailbox from the setup page so SynapBridge can read mail for briefs and drafts. These tiles have no Beta badge.
Documents and knowledge sources
Open Documents. Two tabs hold connected sources.
- Connected sources: Google Drive, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Box. You connect with your own account, then browse, sync, and import files. For Google Drive and OneDrive, the catalog says syncing is on demand from Documents and you can disconnect at any time.
- External docs: Jira, Notion, and Confluence, all Beta.
Jira (Beta, read-only)
Jira sync pulls issues updated in the last 30 days into Documents as read-only references. SynapBridge does not create, update, or close Jira tickets.
Notion and Confluence (Beta)
Notion syncs titles and links of recently edited pages. It does not bring page body text yet. Confluence syncs recently edited pages, including page content.
For the External docs sources, disconnecting removes the stored connection. Items that were already synced stay in the list, and the grant on the provider side is not revoked by SynapBridge, so remove it in the provider as well.
Security and audit
SIEM streaming (Beta, Business and above, owner only)
SIEM streaming sends audit events to your own logging platform. Open Admin center, then Security, then SIEM streaming. Only workspace owners can open it, and it requires the Business plan or above. Other plans are redirected to the billing page.
Supported destination types:
- Splunk HEC
- Datadog
- Sumo Logic
- Microsoft Sentinel
- Elastic
- Generic HTTPS (any HTTPS endpoint that accepts a JSON body with a Bearer token)
- Syslog (TCP), using tcp://host:port or tcps://host:port for TLS
To add one, choose "Add destination", pick the provider, give it a display name, enter the endpoint URL, and enter the token or API key. The secret is stored in AWS Secrets Manager and is not shown again after saving. Choose which event categories to forward. The defaults are admin, signin, and dlp. Other categories, such as llm_activity, policy_decision, cost, security, workflow, connector, and tenant_state, are opt-in because they are higher volume. Each destination can be switched on or off, tested with "Test", edited, or deleted. The table shows the last delivery time and status.
Note. For Microsoft Sentinel, confirm the credential type with SynapBridge support before you rely on the destination, and use Test for every destination.
Audit export
- Audit page: an admin or owner can choose the overflow action "Export audit log (SIEM / signed export)". It downloads a newline-delimited JSON file (JSON Lines) named audit-export followed by a timestamp, with the extension .jsonl. If the export is not configured in your environment, the page says so instead of downloading a file. If nothing matches, it says there is nothing to export.
- Admin center, Identity, Audit logs: filter the administrative audit log and export it as CSV.
There is no direct export to an object storage bucket. Use SIEM streaming or the downloaded file.
Delivery channels and webhooks
- Settings, Notifications, Delivery channels: send alerts to a Slack incoming webhook URL, a Microsoft Teams Workflows webhook URL, or your own HTTPS endpoint as a signed webhook (each delivery is signed with HMAC-SHA256). Alert categories are auth, billing, compliance, threat, cost, governance, and meetings. Destination URLs and signing secrets are write-only: only the host and the last 4 characters are shown again.
- Settings, Webhooks: owners and admins can list and register outbound webhook endpoints. The signing secret is shown once. Delete, disable, and rotate are not available yet.
Model provider connections
Open AI Providers to connect the model providers your team uses. Each provider shows as a tile with a Connect action. Providers that use an API key open a guided paste form; the key is checked when you submit it. Each connection has a health state (connected, degraded, pending setup, needs rotation, or revoked). Connected, degraded, and needs-rotation connections offer Validate, Rotate, and Revoke actions. A connection shared with the workspace shows a Shared badge, and only an owner or admin can rotate or revoke it.
Providers with a Connect tile today:
- AWS Bedrock
- ChatGPT (OpenAI)
- Claude (Anthropic)
- Gemini
- Mistral
- Azure OpenAI
- Grok
- Cohere
- Databricks
- NVIDIA NIM
- Perplexity
- Together AI
- Fireworks AI
- Groq
- Cerebras
- Hugging Face
- OpenRouter
- DeepSeek
- Qwen
- Custom endpoint (any OpenAI-compatible endpoint)
Not supported
These appear in the Integrations directory marked Coming soon, or are not offered. Do not plan around them.
- Automation: Zapier, Make, n8n. There is no SynapBridge app on these services yet.
- Communication: Google Meet and Discord.
- Storage: Dropbox.
- Databases and analytics: Postgres, MySQL, Snowflake, BigQuery.
- DevOps: GitHub, GitLab, Linear.
- Custom MCP server registration from the Integrations directory.
- Creating Jira tickets from SynapBridge.
- Posting from SynapBridge into Slack or Teams through the Slack and Teams tiles. Alerts to those tools use Delivery channels.
- Audit export to an object storage bucket.
Limits and notes
- Beta connections can change. Test with a small group first.
- A Slack, Teams, or Zoom connection imports content into your workspace. Review who can see that content before you connect a shared channel or meeting source.
- SIEM streaming and audit export send data out of SynapBridge to systems you control. Your own retention and access rules apply there.
